Yes. The consumer app is completely free — all games, daily sets, and enrichment features are available at no cost. Partner licenses let shelters and clinics distribute the app to adopters and patients as part of their care programs.
What counts as an activation?
An activation is when a new adopter or patient scans a QR code from your onboarding kit and sets up their first PurrPlay Studio profile. Each activation ties back to your partner dashboard so you can track adoption rates.
What happens if we exceed our included activations?
Additional activations beyond your annual allotment are billed at $2.00 each. You can monitor usage in your partner dashboard and we will notify you as you approach your limit.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Yes, all partner licenses are 1-year contracts. Renewal uplift is capped at 8%, so your costs stay predictable year over year.
Can we add our own branding to the onboarding flow?
Absolutely. Custom co-branding is available as a one-time $1,500 add-on per network. This includes your logo, a custom welcome flow, and branded PDF materials for adopters or patients.
What does the outcomes reporting add-on include?
For $400 per month you get cohort dashboards showing activation rates, engagement patterns, and enrichment outcomes, plus CSV exports for your own reporting. This is available on any tier.
Can we test before committing to a full year?
The Starter Location license is designed to serve as a pilot. Run it at a single site for one year, review your activation data, and scale to Multi-Location or Enterprise when you are ready.
How does the QR onboarding kit work?
We provide printable QR materials (cards, posters, handouts) customized to your location. Adopters or patients scan the code, download PurrPlay Studio, and their profile is automatically linked to your partner dashboard.
